Yoga

Currently, I teach at the local Mistyoga Studio on Mondays and Fridays at noon. This class is a one hour, Power Vinyasa class, which means we will be moving on each breath to culminate in poses that challenge our focus and strength.

I love teaching workshops and will be teaching some paddle board yoga sessions the summer of 2020.
